Air ducts
What are the signs that my air ducts need cleaning?
Look for dust gathering around the vents, a musty odor when the AC kicks on, surfaces that turn dusty again right after you clean, or recent renovation work. A technician can check your vents and tell you what they see.
How often should I have my air ducts cleaned?
It depends on the home, the people and pets in it, and how much the system runs. Our air duct cleaning page lists the intervals we recommend, and a technician can look at your vents and tell you what they see.
How does Tampa's climate affect my ducts?
The air conditioning runs for most of the year here, so the ducts are almost always in use, and the humid air never really goes away. That is why dust around the vents is worth keeping an eye on.
What happens during an air duct cleaning?
Your technician gets to the ducts through the vents and uses specialized equipment to loosen the buildup and pull it out of the supply and return lines. At the end, we walk you through the finished work.
How can I keep my ducts cleaner between cleanings?
Change your HVAC filter on schedule, keep supply and return vents uncovered, and close or cover vents during a renovation so construction dust stays out of the system.
Can I clean my air ducts myself?
You can wipe vent covers and change filters. Cleaning the ductwork itself takes specialized equipment, which is what our technicians bring.
Dryer vents
How often should I clean my dryer vent?
We recommend dryer vent cleaning every 6 to 12 months.
How can I tell if my dryer vent is clogged?
Watch for loads that need more than one cycle, a laundry room that feels unusually hot, a burning smell, or lint piling up around the vent cover outside.
What happens if I never clean my dryer vent?
Lint keeps building up in the vent line, the air has a harder time getting out, and loads take longer to dry. Lint also burns easily, so a packed vent is worth taking care of.
How is a dryer vent cleaned?
A technician gets to the vent line and clears the lint from the run, from the dryer connection to the opening on the outside wall or roof.
Homes and businesses
Do you work with businesses as well as homes?
Yes. We serve residential and commercial customers, including offices, retail spaces and multi-unit buildings. See our commercial cleaning page for details.
Do I need commercial dryer vent cleaning?
If your property runs dryers that vent to the outside, such as a shared laundry room, the vent lines collect lint with every load. A technician can look at your setup and give you a free estimate.
Do you clean blowers and air handlers too?
Yes. Blower cleaning and air handler maintenance are separate services, and we also install UV lights in HVAC systems.
Booking a visit
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home and system is different, so we do not list costs online. Send the form or call us for a free estimate.
Can I book air duct and dryer vent cleaning together?
Yes. Choose “More than one service” in the service field, and we will work out the schedule with you.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Someone needs to give the technician access to the vents, the air handler and the dryer area. We will talk through access with you when we set the time.

We serve homes and businesses in Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Sarasota County, Manatee County, Orange County, Polk County, Pasco County and Palm Beach County. Our service areas page lists the communities, or call us to check your address.
